Easter! Woohoo!!!

Ah... There's nothing like 1 week off from uni (frankly I don't care what the occasion is, as long as it's a holiday). First off, just need to rant a bit about my STUPID PHONE LINE AND INTERNET!!! This dumb CS has been continually fleecing me for my monthly phone line rental and they still mess it up... TWICE this month! Grrrr... Forced me to walk to uni today just to get online again. Email inboxes are full, gotta catch up with what happened around the world these past few days (the Aussie press/media is frighteningly xenophobic).

Anyway, back to the hols =) Just watched 300 , and I must say it was pretty good. The storyline maybe wasn't very textured, but heck, who cares when there's lots of fighting with blood and guts (and a few appendages too) flying everywhere? Man, I must have had a crazed grin stuck on my face through the whole film. Take 300 superbuff fighting machines and pit them against hoardes of baddies and voila! instant battle mayhem. These guys are bred to kill and their deadly moves are poetic and graceful. So, the bottom line is: if you want about 2 hours' worth of beautiful killing (if there ever is such a thing) and glorious death in combat, watch this!
